Cool Color and Sound Theme for AdvMenu

Does anyone have a cool set of colors for Advmenu? How about sounds?
Screenshots, and .cfg files appreciated.

The best I can come up with so far is a black screen with white text, anyone have anything with a little more creativity?

Yeah i will try, but to me is very hard to understand the options avaibables in the txt help files.
I just want to look for some examples to help to make my own!!
