Sega Saturn in Dragon or FE

Hi,
I have been playing with girigiri the sega saturn emu. is there a way to get it to load in command???? I am not good at command mode.. thanks.. I use loader and I am trying to load .cue files.

i tries

loader.exe I:/saturn/roms/romname.cue

it loads the loader but not the game.. not sure how u run it
