This is clearly edited.  There are a few where the other side's actions don't correspond, like they're already dancing the moment they appear.  But the biggest giveaway is that you went through so many transitions without suddenly being faced with a closeup of some dude's sausage in his hand.

Come to think of it . . . that's probably why it's called Chat Roulette.  You're going to get the dude spanking the monkey one in six times and regret playing.

Heh, at first on reading the topic, I failed to realize the words were compounded, and assumed it was some fancy french word pronounced Shah-true-lay. 

I've never gone anywhere near CR.  First I heard of it was the South Park parody.  But according to a friend a couple months ago, it isn't a parody at all.  He went on with a buddy, and they got a ton of pelvic views of males.  So does the opposite person just change at short, fixed intervals or what?

Either party can change at any time.  And if that happens both of you will get a new person.  I did it a couple months ago.  Lots of penis.  Also I got the same people multiple times, which suggests that there are a tiny number of people using it, which surprised me.
