anyone want to make some cash

i want this to have a good dark felling to it, Gothic writing probable black cab with red molding but defiantly willing to bend this around the artwork. i am more of a black and blue guy,

I am looking for someone to higher for art design of my arcade,
control panel for 4 people
bezel to fit a 23*
Marquee 23 inch
and side art,

i want this to be really cool like the metroid arcade and i am more than willing to dump some money into the artwork alone, willing to pay by the hour, also willing to pay 100-200 up front

When would you want it completed by?
I'm working on 2 art commissions for other BYOAC members that's taking the majority of my time at the moment. I will be trying to settle them up in the next month or so...if you can wait a couple months, I could probably help you out.
