Hori RAP EX-SE
« on: August 14, 2010, 03:42:56 pm »
I recently got my hands on a dead Hori Real Arcade Pro EX-SE.

It looks like the mainboard and/or cabling may have been damaged. I haven't opened it yet, but the quick disconnect is definitely damaged on both ends. I was thinking about junking the board and replacing it with something like an A-Pac. Has anyone tried this yet? If so, how much pain and suffering was the process?

I figure it best to do some research in advance, since I'm pretty sure I won't be able to get to this project for at LEAST a few months.
