Marquee Help Please

Hey guys, could someone please make a simple marquee for me?  I want to put the NeoGeo logo on my marquee on my new bartop.  The marquee is going to be real short, 4" x 20"

If you want to put the NeoGeo and the SNK then please put next to eachother and not on top of eachother, but Id rather just have the neo geo system logo

Could someone make me good marquee art to those dimensions, please leave 3/4" of red on the top and bottom, thank you.

I will paypal you 5 bucks for the work, if you dont mind,
