Why do I get this message whenever I try to paste a link in my post ?

Hmmm   perhaps you could give the URL of the site you are trying to paste into the message.   Depending on the ISP you may not be able to link to it directly.  Just shooting in the dark here until the actual URL is known.

I got that for awhile here until *shrug* rampy said it's because I view the board in the frameset from arcadecontrols.com and not a dedicated window (like if you just go to arcadecontrols.org).

*shrug* worked for me, hope it helps.
