Help me with tips on adjusting monitor
« on: July 16, 2010, 10:05:21 pm »
I got my chassis rebuilt and now I need to make some adjustments and not sure what not to do etc.

I have a showcase cab with a remote daughter board and need to adjust the image size brightness and color all a little.

Any FAQ or links that might help?

Thanks for all the help!

Ok I went on my own and here is what I found

I adjusted the brightness and contrast via the daughter board bit it was still too bright and I noticed some horizontal white lines.
Called up a friend and he told me to adjust the lower small knob on the fly back. JOY! the screen got darker and the lines went away, turned the brightness up via the daughter board and tweaked the contrast and its looking sweet now!

Here is a tutorial I found after the fact but maybe it will help someone else in the future
