Ok I have got all the wires plugged into their appropriate spots but I have one that has me stumped.

There is a small black wire that connects to a silver wire held by springs around the tube and I have 2 places on the board it could go. On the board one is marked N the other a W any idea which one to use.

Eureka! it didnt click at first then I went back and there it was plain as day!
