Yes i have it working just fine.  PJ64 supports the command line just fine.  Problem is this propgram does not exit cleanly.  It can not be reprogrammed to exit on the ESC key either.  When you press ESC it comes out of full screen mode, pauses the game (if you checked this option) and opens up top tool bar, then you have to navigate to the exit.  Or you can use the Alt-F4 command (if you have it available, if you are using a keyboard or cab).  If you find out a better way, let us know.  Syxx and I are still stuck exiting this way.

I used it without a batch file.  Just put in the EXE in the EMU#.CFG and i can't remember which options I used (I'm at work so i can't check either), but I think you need True on all three options (Rom Path, Long File Names, Rom Extension).  I know you need at least the first two if not all three.

Have you test the joeblade's command wrapper ??

It exits good from Project64 to MameWah.
There is only a little problem. You can see the frontend but the focus is out.
I solve this problem clicking the left mouse button.
I have the two buttons of the mouse working with the trackball.
If this helps you...
