Using CPwizard to display non-mame info on second screen?

Is there a guide detailing how to do this?  Is it possible?

If not, can I batch create a .png file including the controls, box art, etc, and then use irfanview to display that file when a non-mame game is run (i know how to do the irfanview stuff)

???
