CPWizard and MESS
« on: July 06, 2010, 09:36:51 am »
Hello all,

I am wondering if anyone has had success setting up CPWizard to work with MESS. I am trying to use the built in manual viewer for MESS systems so that manuals and extra artwork can be called up during game play if needed.

I tried setting up the command line to send the game name as well as the emulator name as MESS is loading, however CPWizard seems to be incorrectly identifying MESS as MAME and sets the game name to the system that is being run. And hence does not correctly open the main menu.

Has anyone tried these two pieces of software in tandem? Or have a suggestion as to how to set this up properly?

Thanks,

Scott
