Hey guys just got my first rig and could use a little help getting it all setup properly.

Basically I'm trying to connect from my pc running windows 7 64bit through powerstrip using an x1650pro video card to a Hantarex Polo 25" arcade monitor.

I've tried using soft 15kHz but all the options are grey for some reason and I am not able to select anything.

I have a VGA cable hacked apart to connect the RGB ground and Hsync to the arcade monitor and I am getting signal . The problem is that it isn't 100% correct. The image is constantly moving or double and no matter how many settings I adjust I cannot get it to set properly. I have gone into advanced resolutions and selected arcade mode but its as though something else needs to be set as well.

Can anyone give me some correct values to try?

You will need to enable composite sync.  If it gives you a polarity option,  you want negative.

You will also need to convince it to output interlaced 640x480.  IIRC, there's no easy way to do this without backdoor hackery (which is what Soft15k automates for you) on Windows.

Is soft 15kHz not compatible with windows 7 64bit? or is it an issue with my graphics card not being compatible?

You did install a driver for your card did you?
