wow my comp is way way weaker than that and i run mame .138 just fine.  I have only a few problems with a handful of games like blitz and guantlet legends but thats about it.

I have games Im concerned about such as SF3 3rd strike and Tekken3 Tekken Tag which were constantly sound stuttering on my old computer.
Im looking to upgrade to something with the above specs that is somewhat Future proof.

I keep reading that the newer Rom set about the .120s are using more CPU and I didnt know how power I needed to get to avoid these issues.

Sound stutters and Video hiccups are something I'm trying to avoid.

I appreciate any insight I can get.

Any suggestions any one?
