I totally forgot that I had this...  I met Billy back in like 2005 or something at a computer gaming tournament in the DFW area.  He was there with his DK machine trying to get LAN gamers to play against him.  I do believe that at the time he was wearing his American Flag tie.

He's actually a pretty good guy, according to the people I know that have met him and from what I know of him in general. Don't believe most of what The King of Kong tells you.

It was a cd sleve.  I don't recall what the CD had on it, but it wasn't arcade related or anything.  I think I got this at CPL and he was there in the Hitachi booth.
