Just replaced the HOT on my WG19K7602 and still blew a fuse

Hi guys. I posted a thread on this monitor about a month back. I had just recently capped it to correct a flicker issue, every thing worked fine for a few days, B+ voltage was within range, then it suddenly went dead. Found out the HOT was shorted. Just got the kit in today and replaced the HOT. It worked for about 5 seconds before shutting down. Maybe I replaced the HOT wrong? Never replaced one before, although it looked pretty simple. I spread some heat grease around the back of the HOT, attached the mica insulator, screwed it in to the large metal housing, and soldered it in. Not sure what to do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update:

Just took out the board.

HOT (checked at 200 setting on my DMM) read 0.43
C36 (200) read 0.43
C37 (checked at 2000k) read 343
C38 (2000K) read 345

Still a newbie with the ohmmeter, but from my understand, I assume these readings are good?
