anyone experienced with samsung dlp tv's?
« on: May 01, 2010, 05:38:33 am »
I had a call out to a sega rambo dlx this week, spoke to sega tech briefly about the issue so i went with some knowledge-they told me no picture is 90% buld 10% ballast
anyway i get there and start checking through things, the tv stay in standby-just one power led lit on the front of the screen, started doing some digging and found no issues with the bulb or ballast but considering the screen does not come on at all(even using remote or front buttons) i can't really 100% prove both are fine-pretty sure they are though
so after some more digging i find there is a processor board called a citrine,it seems to do an awful lot-i believe this to be the fault
just wondering if anyone else had this issue
