Load ELO drivers in shelled XP
« on: April 23, 2010, 09:04:05 am »
I'm attempting to have a pseudo-dedicated Jukebox/MediaCenter using n-lited version of XP and shelling Zenpoint Media Center as my main frontend application. I put Windows Explorer as an external application within Zenpoint in case I need to access Windows.

My problem is that my ELO touchscreen drivers will not initiate. I need some help how to "force" the drivers to load. I haver no idea how to do this so I'm asking for specific info such as a script, do I edit autoexec.bat, change registry, etc and which drivers do I specifically point to.

Once explorer starts the ELO drivers initiate but I want to hide Windows unless I need it. I don't want a mouse attached; I want a wall mounted box with touchscreen only.

Thanks for any advice.
