Star Wars Episode 2: Review
« on: April 04, 2010, 03:33:48 pm »
The brilliant and hilarious review of Episode 2 is now online.  Here's part 1 of 9 (yes, the total review is 1 1/2 hours long, but it's completely worth it):

The other 8 parts of the review can be found on http://www.youtube.com/user/RedLetterMedia
Also, if you've never seen the review of Episode 1, then I highly recommend watching it as well.

I had forgotten about this guy. His apathetic voice and "basement" are always amusing.
Btw, all of the prequels suck. The proper order to see star wars is eps 4,5,6 and leave it at that.

Yeah he brought me out of my delusional state concerning EP1.  Very funny.

I think almost everyone here would agree with that  :)

Best to watch 4,5,6 on Laserdisc...  or Laserdisc ripped to DVD...   ;)

I cant stand to hear Lewk Skywalker ---smurfette--- and moan like a 12 yr old girl with a skinned knee so I watch em in this order:

6

EDIT: Just watched the whole review.... wow.  Its was funny but could have been shorter. Couple of good lines in there.

I think it's 4....... then 5, 3, 6, 1, 2 myself.

I'm somewhat in that camp as well.  EP6 has lost some of its luster for me over the years.

4,5,3,6,2,1 for me.

If we are going to rank them in terms of awesomeness then this is the correct order:

Empire Strikes Back
Star Wars
Revenge of the Sith
Return of the Jedi
Attack of the Clones
Phantom Menace

If we are going to watch them in some particular order I think it goes:

4, 5, 6, 1, 2 and 3.  I've been debating on what would be the best order to show it to the kids...

I dont understand the love for episode 3.

Granted, Episode 6 was a weaker offering than 4, and 5, but it still is far and away better than any of the newer trilogy.

I was going to list reasons why, but I would just end up sounding like Chef Elf, so I'll just link him instead.

Show it to the kids like you saw them, javeryh.  456123

Tell them it is so, because you are their father.
I'll exercise patience when you stop exercising stupidity.

Tell them it is so, because you are Jean luc Picard.

Fix't for quote level accuracy. Only Picard may say anything like "make it so".  :P
