Front end question for FE Makers

Forgive me If I sound ignorant during this post. I know most of the FE's here have different wrappers for other emus, but is it possible to make an FE that  starts with multiple emus. For example the FE starts and windows appear on the screen similar to say dvd chapters. Each window represents a different emulator. You then select one of the windows (selecting the emulator) now  the window changes to that emulator and a list of the games it has. Is that possible could you make a dvdstyle emu?

emutron can be setup like this so can fe3darcade/emulaxian. i'm not sure about others?

This probably isn't going to happen unfortunately :(

The nearest that may happen is someone suggested the ability to launch MAMEWAH with a switch so it goes straight to a given emulator...
