Arcade Monitor Issue's
« on: March 04, 2010, 07:38:40 am »
Hi Guys

I'm using a TV tube with custom chassis. all has been well. But playing with unit tonight playing Xmen VS street fighter nd notice like articfact flashing up every 15 seconds or so, like a screen tear but it's a white flash artifact.

15K chassis from jomac.

I thought maybe cause the monitor has been feed 31KHZ signal a few times by mistake for 5 seconds might be the cause. What you reackon.

Oh once I switched on my PC unplug the VGA lead left the monitor on with black screen no tear at all. could it be interferance with my loitech speakers I have next to my cab.

I have a 5v lead hooked up to help boost the video signal also.

Any idea's what might be happening?

I don't have an PCB board to test atm only the Pc.

Thanks

Josh

A picture/video speaks 1,000 words.  Without seeing it, can't really say.
