Ugh. Serious WG U2000 Issue
« on: February 19, 2010, 02:19:16 am »
Ok so I had htough after enough playing with my new replacement remote board for the monitor I just got in that I had the issue fixed but it looks like I don't.

Soooo..basically what happens is this...

I plugged in the new remote board for the monitor, booted up and tweaked the dials and had everything looking amazing for the first time since my old remote board went. I left to grab a drink and came back and suddenly the screen was fuzzy and completely distorted. No matter what I did to play with the remote and adjust the dials, things were still just as bad. While this was happening the "sync in" light was lit on my jpac but it was orange rather than green...i dont know what that means but id assume its bad.

Anyway, after a quick disconnect/unplug of damn near everything and again playing with the remote board it magically seemed to come back to life with some tweaking. Does anyone have any idea as to what my issue may be? I am clueless with this monitor business but I would love some suggestions on how to resolve this issue if anyone knows. I just dont know enough about this to really get any further myself.

Anyone?

dunno don't sound like monitor issue more likely something to do with the signal going to the monitor.Of course the simple way to fault this would be a connect dedicated 15khz game board -that will prove exactly where the issue lies
