Resolution for WG U2000 using Arcade VGA?

I have a WG U2000 monitor which is running via JAMMA/JPAC and Arcade VGA...I was curious as to what my setting should be on my monitor in Catalyst and the Arcade VGA settings?

I have it at 640x480 at 32-bit right now and the refresh rate is listed as 59Khz..is this right?

Just trying to get it set up and good to go, any help is appreciated!
