Tv gone bad? *Solved* It is bad.
« on: February 18, 2010, 11:34:44 pm »
We removed the case from a TV we had, discharged it (there wasn't a pop or anything).  Put it in the chassis and got everything in place.  Tried turning the TV on and got nothing.  Could we have killed the TV while discharging and moving it about?

Any ideas?

:(

UPDATE:

I think we make have a short?  Stupid me, in the rush to get everything in the cabinet, didn't screw the board down or anything.  We are going to try and put the circuit board plastic mounting slot in the chassis and see if that is the issue.

UPDATE 2:

the circuit board had a crack in it.  Oh well.
