Arcade Cab Drum Machine?

Is there a PC program out there that assigns a different drum hit or sound effect to every button on your keyboard?

Personally I think that'd be an awesome weird little addition to my cab, a 'game' where you can drum around and find cool combinations of sfx. Like this flash site but for every keypress:
