Still at it
« on: February 13, 2010, 03:53:53 am »
My Hantarex 9110 seems to have lost GREEN, so Ive replaced the transistors on the neck card, fitted a cap kit and replaced the transistors on the main card for the GREEN, but its still the same. So Ive swapped the RED and GREEN wires on the neck card and GREEN has come back, in a fashion, its not as strong as when the RED or BLUE were when turned right up but its definatly there, RED is there but its now weak. Ive read somewhere that there are diodes for the incoming colors which can short causing loss of a color, so my question is which diodes should I be looking at? Whats my next step??

no check the values with a multimeter/observe the colour coding so they match-no need to change anything unless its faulty

OK thanks.

It was TR 4/5/6 that I changed (GREEN) but will dig out schematic and change the diodes.

Have already changed TR 202, but will change the resistors also for what they cost.
