SK Jukebox Skin/Layout? How do I do this example?

I found this on YouTube and I really like the design of the software (SK Jukebox) -

is this skin available to download? And if not, can anyone tell me how I could achieve it? Looking at the file structure of SK Jukebox I can't see any simple way of doing it...
