WTB Coin Door
« on: July 16, 2003, 01:18:34 pm »
I am looking to buy a coin door for a home-made arcade cabinet. It doesnt even have to work, I just plan on using it as a door to have front access to the computer inside.
It just needs to...
1. Look very nice
2. Mount to 5/8 inch plywood easily
3. Have hinges and working key

Anyone have one they want to sell or know of a good place to pick one up?

- How much do you want to spend?
- What area do you live in?

I don't personally have any, but we could better help you if we knew a few details...

I live in St. Louis. Go Cards!
And Im looking to spend 20-40 bucks. Hopefully at the lower end if I can find a broken one that still looks nice, that someone just wants to get rid of.

Yep, I can help.  See my thread 'Coin Doors for Sale' in this forum.  There are some Williams doors I don't have listed yet.  I'm working on those, need to get them coated.

Hey dude. I am in St. Louis too. I think I have two different ones. Either one $20 picked up. Your choice. (One is a Midway one, from a Pac-Man, the other is a Sega Turbo one, which is the smaller of the pair).

Neither one comes with keys, but you can get new locks & keys at Home Depot for $3.

Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.
