Recommended Games - Fixed dat

This mameinfo.dat will allow the "Recommended Games" info box in MaLa actually show something.  I figured since I spent all this time fixing this for myself, Id put it here for others.

I just did a mass-replace as talked about here:

I cant think of this affecting anything else, but so far I havent seen any problems.

-- Just found the board doesnt like split zips, so rename:
mameinfo1.zip to mameinfo.z01
mameinfo2.zip to mameinfo.z02
