cp viewer MALA problem

I use cp viewer in MALA to show up and replace my info window. I configured one of my joystick buttons to op/close the info window. The problem is that when a use cp viewer to replace my info window it will open with my joystick button but it won`t close anymore with the same button ??? I have to press the ALT key on my keyboard to let it close. Is there a way to fix this because i dont want to use my keyboard anymore in the future.

btw When i dont use de cp viewer .. the info window will open and close with the joystick button just the way i want it too. I only have the problem when i use cp viewer to replace my info window ???
