clik mala....nothing

I downloaded Mala RC7, extracted it, clicked on Mala.exe and nothing happens, no dialog nothing.
what gievs?

Indeed.  Check the MaLa download page again . At the top is a RC7a update. You need to download/install the RC7 package first. Then replace a few files with the RC7a update if you want the latest version.

I guess the site is not idiot proof.

This has happened a few times .... perhaps a new full version should be released all the time .... even if the change is minor .... since it will eliminate this sort of problem .....

or simply some sort of error message like "can't find installation to patch" when clicking on the exe?
