Well i don't know the name so if anyone can help.  Basically a round circular screw toped hollowed metal piece goes into a recessed hole in the wood. then a fastener can come in on the side edge of the wood, you then turn the first round circular screw toped hollowed metal piece and that locks the fastener in place and hence the two pieces of wood are secured together??? anyone know remotely what Im talking
