Games Minimizing when started & MINIpac not recog. keyboard

I have my cabinet finished all by a couple minor problems it seems.  The first is that some games minimize when they are loaded and it forces you to Alt+Tab to bring it back up then everything is just fine.  My second problem is the BIOS is not recognizing the minipac as a keyboard and it giving me a keyboard not found error.  Anyone know what I can do for these 2 situations?? Thanks!
