I am adding "Harpal" AKA
Name: RANJIT GILL
See Picture Below
Email:  ACIDGILL@HOTMAIL.COM
to the top of the list- I paid him over 6 weeks ago for a simpsons board and a mvs cart, still have yet to receive anything.
If you are going to sell something at least send an update. Stated that it would take 5-10 days..

What I have done to date-

- Sent numerous email in the last few weeks with no replies
- Never received a shipped out date
- Never received a confirmation/tracking #
- Never received a receipt as promised
- Never updated on what is going on

USPS states that packages take 4-6 weeks to ship from UK to the USA, its been over 6 weeks now. I understand if he has had issues with his items, but how much effort does it take to type up an email message to send an update.... Besides my package was shipped out before this had happened, makes me wonder...

Last email that I received:

I also tried to buy some stuff from Harpal as well and he kept making excuses and never sent the stuff.
I filed a claim against him in Paypal and since he never responded, I got my money back.
His Ebay username in UK Ebay is :  acidforums

I would like to add KSKID to the bad sellers list.  Here is the thread to support this listing:

http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=50501.0

In summary, he initially offered a Star Castle cabinet for sale in good condition for $150.  It was believed to be a cabinet previously determined as having front damage.  After there were no takers, KSKID lowered the price to $75 or $200 bundled with another cabinet.

Nostrebor, a well-respected member of this website offered the guy $75 for the Star Castle cabinet.  The guy refused, saying that he would need at least $100 for the trouble of separating the cabinets.  Nostrebor posted a "buyer beware" notice and KSKID then accused Nostrebor of wanting a handout.

KSKID also berated people in the thread I linked for not buying his cabinets after several people asked for pictures.  He apparently thought that was an unreasonable burden to place on him.

Jim Kaylegian from Buffalo Grove, IL

from his website:

http://www.jamesgames.biz

For our company information call (224)619-6000 or E-mail to info@jamesgames.biz

We also sell on EBay under the name sheljk!

Gave him a $1250 deposit on a MAME cabinet.  The first one he did for me is very nice and works fine.  The 2nd is still not done after 1 year.   He doesn't answer e-mail or phone.

Funny, he also says this on his site:

"We pride ourselves in the motto "Winners take responsibility, losers make excuses!""

Everytime I called him he had one problem or emergency after another.   Bad news.

thanks,
Steve S

Says on his website he has $10K in parts in stock - I guess you own 12.5% of that...

OK well this is whats happeing to me right now:

I had a trade i offered, somebody took the offer.  We exchanged names and info, and contact was smooth, quick responses.

We both agree to send our items on the same day with tracking # confirmation.

I have sent my item and have given a confermation # that shows when i sent it.

He however, has sent one one reply with a tracking # that doesnt work.

I have been trying to contact him by email, and for the past 2 days he hasnt replied.

The last email i sent was earlier, telling him how i feel about the situation, and that if he would just do his part of the deal, it would be square.

But he doesnt want to reply, and i know that hes been online cause theres a tracker on this site that tells when somebody is last online.

Please tell me what you guys think of this situation, what should i do?

ok, I'm probably a sucker (see my post above) but I would give the guy a few more days.  I have seen several tracking numbers not work until the day after the product arrived at my house.  I sent a board to Russia or some place like that and the tracking number never worked but the guy still got the part.  Let us know how it works out.

but you see the problem im having here is not only does the tracking # not work.

But is seems like this guy has stopped contact with me all together.

Before the transaction was made he was constantly replying to my emails, giving me info asap.

Now i dont get any replies whatsoever.

yeah, i did but no Phone #

hes actually a member on this forum,  but i dont want to name any names just yet.

He also gave me a link to another forum where he is a gold member with 10 successfull trades

I understand that people are very busy and that maybe the number he gave me was mistyped? or maybe the system on the tracking is just slow.

But we both agreed that we were going to send out the packages at the same time.

even if he doesnt respond, as long as he fullfills his part of the bargain ill be a happy camper.

So im gonna have to just be patient and see if a package comes in the mail.

Whats this users name? What did you send him? How many days has it been since he so called mailed out the package? If it was sent 1st class, the cheapest way it could take up to a month, even more until you receive it...

Do yourself a favor, dont trust anyone. Do all trades in person, always try to buy in person, that way you can see what you are buying... I have been taken from a loser on here and it took 4 months to get my money back from the credit card company..

OK heres the deal on whats going on now.

I just checked the tracking # of the package that i sent to this guy and it has been delivered
I sent him a GP32 system, in request for some DVDs with data on them.

I have sent numerous emails to this guy, and still i get no reply.   :hissy:

I ask nice for him just to fullfill his part of the deal, and yet he still does not respond to my request.

So now im going to call him out through here.

PLEASE JUST DO YOUR PART OF THE DEAL.

I am now forced to give his SN .

the user i am talkin about is :  apmanttt

his real name is        Daniel Lindholm

He lives at            (removed by moderator)

This guy doesnt even give me any kind of contact whatsoever, i have PM'd him through these forums, still no reply.

Lots of emails.  Probably over a dozen were sent.  I do not know what to do about this situation.  Please help me out and find this guy

He assured me that he was a gold trader, but yet no reply to any of my emails, he gives me a fake tracking # that doesnt work.

I dont know what to do.

"DVDs with data on them?" Sounds nefarious. If the data is not exactly "on the level", I am not surprised in the least this guy didn't hold up his end of the bargain. It's hard to trust people willing to deal in not exactly legal goods. This could be all on the up and up, but it certainly doesn't seem that way.

Do a residential search at www.dexonline.com for Lindholm in Winona, MN.  That address and a phone # comes right up.  Now you can call as well.

Good luck.....

I tried that site with the info but no results are showin up.   :badmood:

Thanks for everybodys help, I just hope that from now on this guy is just going to have a bad reputation among this site and other site that he goes on from now on.

He should know better than trying to rip off a person who was trying to just do something good.

If you guys can also spread the word on this guy, im sure he'll think twice before doing this again, and maybe might pursuade him to do something to fix this problem with me.

Looks like he lives with Mom and Dad. Something comes up with this:

You have to sign up, but it gives you access for 30 days free. I would of course, just cancel once you have the information you need.

Nothing like a phone call to jog his memory about fulfilling his end of the bargain...

I'd like to add USSEnterprise.

I bought a computer from him and it was damaged when I received it. He said that he would refund money and send me a new mouse as the one shipped was crushed. He has done neither. I didn't make a big deal that the case was damaged, but working and that the black floppy drive was half assed paint job.

This is not some ripoff scam but I wanted people to know that when dealing with this guy expect problems and expect him not to deal with it. He seems to sell things often so beware.

As for USSEnterprise I want a mouse and I want some money back. Now

I'll ship you your damn mouse. As for everyone else who is awaiting packages from me, they are being shipped out as I type. I am sorry for the continued delays. I know how it must make me look. Its hard when you are reliant on others for your transportation.

That is not a very nice attitude enterprise. I totally understand this guy's view. Yes, it sucks that he posted you in the bad traders forum, but getting short with his very valid claim on your lack of timeliness is no way to defend yourself.
I have been patient while waiting the 2 1/2 weeks between payment and shipping on the keywiz I purchased from you. However, I do feel that it is YOUR(the sellers) responsiblity to notify buyers of delays in shipping. Sellers shouldn't have to keep emailing you asking if you have shipped.
I like you dude, but please check the attitude at the door when you are holding someone elses money.

Thanks for the support.
All I want is what was promised in a reasonable amount of time. I made the post because my complaints were being ignored.

You said you are sending a mouse but you neglected to address the refund you promised.

Also USSEnterprise if you can't deliver stop selling things. It's just irresponsible.

All right.
 :banghead:  :banghead:  :banghead:
I'll ship you a mouse. Hell, for to all the trouble I've put you through, I'll make it a wireless one. Additionally, I'll refund you $20. Can we call it even afterwards? My Mom is out right now dropping packages off at the post office. They are being shipped Priority. This includes a Sears Telegames console for MissionControl, a Keywiz for Sharidan, two PCI video cards for nostebor, and a betson trackball for Dave_K. I will run out to Staples tomorrow and grab the mouse. I know that you have no reason to believe me, but I will. I will then ship the mouse to you the same day. I am sorry this got so ---fouled up beyond all recognition--- up.

See, I knew you were a good guy. I vote for a mod to remove these few posts from this thread once the "mouse thing"  is finalized.
