weird occurance
« on: November 01, 2005, 11:16:45 am »
Anyone with firefox experiencing this?
When I refresh the site, sometimes, the view goes back to an older one.  Meaning what threads list new replies, etc...  Even though that isn't the current state of the forum.  I have deleted cookies.  This is the other weird thing.  I deleted cookies but when I refresh the site I am still logged in....

Because of this my post on the mr do cabinet isn't showing up for me.  Unless I go to my profile and check out my history I can;t get to the thread.

I am starting to think it is a forum issue.
I just editted my post but the edit doesn't show, unless I log out and look at it as guest.

I'm using Firefox and not experiencing that at all.  You say you've deleted your coockies; have you rebooted your system?

yes, I deleted cookies, cache, history, everything and rebooted...  It is sometimes reverting back to this older state and sometimes showing hte current state.

I got a similar problem now. I post and return to the main menu and my last post doesn't show until I return to the forum it was posted in.

This seems to happen only after the system hangs for awhile after I post.

I think a cache server along the way is screwing up.
