Problem with J-PAC, and Z key??

I think there is a problem with my J-PAC, if i load a prog like Notepad or Word, Z keeps appearing like its being held down on the Keyboard, but i dont have a keyboard connected to the PC, the PC beeps twice on start up too, also comes up with a message now and again that says something about press shift 5 timesany ideas??

Probably  a wiring problem, seems that several buttons are "stuck". If you drop me an email I can help. The self-test LED on the J-PAC is useful in these situations.
