I am trying to use the "Play Sound File to Device (Direct Sound)" command in mamehooker. Whenever i test it, mamehooker crashes with an "class not registered"-error.

I tried on two machines (Win10 64).
Test command:
dsp 0 10000 0 0 \sounds\alert.wav

Crashes with:
"Run-time error '-2147221164 (80040154)'
Class not registered

Is there anyway to fix this? Thanks for your help!
