crusin the world HELP pleas3

Hi I'm totally new to this
So I purchased a crusin the world sit down arcade game, everything a was working for a.few weeks and now not so much

While playing the game it will just flash to a test mode screen and back and forth. Everything now, sounds all work, monitor works ect. Just automatically goes in and out of test.mode. please help
