640*480 not available [Solved]

Hey guys, I've my mame pc with crt emudrivers and groovymame working for the most part I think when hooked up to my pc LCD monitor. I have the resolution at 640*480.

I transferred the pc to my arcade monitor via Jpac tonight at 31khz.
The lowest resolution I can select is 664*496.
Anything lower including 640*480 doesn't appear as an available resolution.

Any advice on where I'm going wrong? Thanks

I'm only getting interlaced options in screen properties too.
