connecting buttons to u360

what adapter should I buy to connect the 8 buttons I ordered to my U360 controller?  I see the collection of pins on the bottom of the joystick, but I'd like to be able to connect the buttons and remove them easily (read: without solder).  I searched around and I must just be an idiot to not figure this out on my own because no one has seemingly asked it...

You connect up to 8 buttons to the Ultrastik Keyboard/Button Encoder and then connect that array to the joystick and that in turn takes all 9 inputs (joystick, 8 buttons) to the computer through the USB cord.  The Encoder can be found halfway down on this page.

Read this page for clarity.
