Help! Vertical Frontend
« on: April 07, 2002, 08:46:55 pm »
Hello, sorry-I'm not a Newbie, I just haven't been around for the last 6 months so any help I can get on my current project would be appreciated.

Maybe this is a simple answer.

What do you do to run MameW on a vertical monitor.  I know how to flip it with mame, but I need a front end that supports MameW with a vertical display.

I tried the Cocktail FE, are there any others?

Thanks for any help,

Any windows-based fe will run on vertical mode (in theory) even if it's not supposed to.  Just get ahold of portrait, which will flip your windows desktop.

I was hoping to add it to jfront in 3 lines of code... then it ended up to be 3 lines of code for each graphic object.. not a huge deal, but I think I only have the graphics able to rotate now... but no way to configure it yet.

maybe in the next version
