how do i use powerstrip settings without using powerstrip?

okay stupid question i guess. but i have searched and cant find on how todo it...
here is the little problem i have. i installed soft 15 khz, when it boots into windows its working correctly but the screen is kinda split in two where abit of the top overlaps the bottem. so to fix this i ran powerstrip and selected arcade mode and bam perfect image. how do i setup those settings in windows as permanent so i dont have to run powerstrip? i did run custom modelines for soft15 but how do i select those in windows ?
oh yea i have an nvidia display card.

ps: i dont mind powerstrip its just i want it to boot into windows perfectly with just soft 15k if possible.
