SEGA FCC Sticker (Part# 421-6119)

I doubt this'll do any good but in the small chance that someone has it.

Any one have a complete (and scannable) or already scanned image of the FCC sticker used by SEGA circa 1985?

Here is the partial that came off my cab*:


*The upper/lower right corners are still on the cab but the whole left side is toast. The sticker is so   I didn't bother pulling the two tiny bits off.

Update (April 07, 2011): I found additional information on the specific sticker. The part number is 421-6119. I actually found a recent reference in the Hummer cabinet manual as 421-6119-91. This leads me to believe that the FCC sticker has not changed in any significant manner since 1985.

That said, would anyone who owns any U.S.* SEGA cabinet please scan or take a photo if they have the complete sticker? I know what the FCC (circa 1985) wording says, but I'm curious to find out if the sticker has the SEGA logo like the Atari FCC sticker has the Atari logo.

*Obviously, the cabinets overseas have different stickers.
