Coin mech question

What exactly does the reject button do? I've never actually seen a game that returns your coins if you change your mind and don't want to play.

Opens up  the insides if a coin got stuck.

Once the coin falls into the hamper... you better want to play the game

For the appropriate player based on which side it is, I hope ;)
Do you have functioning coin mechs as well, or just the freebie-play?

Yes to both questions, and there's a switch inside the coin door to disable free play as well.
