SF Bay Area: huge 36" monitor

I'm selling my mint condition 36" Gateway Destination monitor.  Full specs are located here:

Note: This is a real multisync VGA monitor, not a cheap TV with upscanner!  It has a single VGA port in the back.  Max resolution of 800x600.  I was planning on using it for a Showcase pedestal cab, but do not have the room to build such a beast.

These are very nice monitors....with one important point:

For the image to look it's best you need to be a distance from the monitor.  I would not suggest using a monitor like this in a standard upright style cabinet where the player is only a foot or two from the screen.  This monitor would be great for a pedestal style cabinet placing the player five or six feet from the screen.  Even the 31" destination monitors are not ideal when the player will be very near the monitor.

In general I'd agree with you.  But more from the fact that playing up-close means you'd have to turn your head a lot to look at the action in different parts of the screen (it is freaking huge!).  The image quality at 640x480x75hz is rock stable and much better than any other 33" showcase arcade monitor up close.
