T-Stick Plus -- Does it look like any other stick?
« on: June 11, 2004, 12:47:12 pm »
I'm gonna pay the $26 and get a single T-stick plus so i can switch between 4 and 8 way play, but i dont think the player 2 will need a 4-8 way switch, so I want to save money and just get any old 8 way...but i want them to look alike on the COntrol panel so I need recomendations on sticks that look the same.

Same look, same height, etc etc.

Thanks

You could always order a regular T-Stik for $16. It should be exactly the same.

I'm not sure because I don't own a T-Stik myself, but the ball-top sticks look a lot like the Sanwa sticks.
There's a side by side comparison with a Happ Competition at KevSteeles review page.

It looks like a Sanwa (and might be) but you also want the FEEL of the P2 stick to be the same as P1, and the innards of that stick are T-stick.

www.ozstick.com.au sell Ultimarc gear. They have the same joysticks...but they are "Sanwa" brand. I think they are identical.

Sanwa is similar to the J-Stick.  The T-Stick is a modified Industria Lorenzos (sp?) stick (as are the Happ Super and Competition).  I think all Ultimarc sticks are slightly modified also, but not positive of that.
