Ipac-4 Player Mame problem

Here is the problem I am running into.  I am using Win Mame32, and 4rth player does not seem to be registering at all.  I can open notepad, hit up, down, left and right buttons and they all respond correctly and I get output into notepad for the key it is mapped to.  
Example :
X-Men - 4 player - I insert coins for player 4.  Attack, jump and special does nothing.  The x-man choosen also doesn't move on the screen at all.  He just stands there, doing nothing.

I am wondering if in Win Mame32 the forth player is not mapped.

To wrap up :
I-Pac is working perfect
Joystick and buttons are working perfect
4th players keys don't work in any 4 player games in Win Mame32 - Tried teenage mutant ninja turtles as well, same exact problem.

Any ideas?

Any ideas?

Start the game - press TAB - Go to "Input this Game" make sure P4 inputs match what your I-PAC is outputting.  If not, go to "Input All Games" and change to match.
