Arcadewerx:
http://www.arcadewerx.com/Ultra/index.html

Arcade PC:
http://www.hanaho.com/products/ArcadePC/Ultra/index.html

The ArcadeWerx plus a Hotrod is $800.
The ArcadePC minus the PC and monitor is $2200.

Why is there such a big difference? They don't look all that different to me.

I only had a quick look but it looks like one of them comes fully assembled and the other is just a kit that you have to put together yourself...

>Full disassembled DIY kit in a small box

I assume you dont' get a PC or monitor with the ArcadeWerx either.

Because Hanaho rips people off.  I mean come on, look at their $5000 cabinet...

But they're both by Hanaho. Just on different sites.

Arrrgh, another defective high dollar cabinet design.

Premade x-arcade and hotrod control panels DO NOT look right on any cabinet, period.

Also this cabinet is too narrow. Most classic era cabinets were 24.5" to 26" wide, while this one is an even 23" wide.
Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.

FYI, according to their FAQ, that was a design decision for people who don't have room for a full-sized cab. They do have a larger version available.

I dont know where you live but if I was you I would find a decent arcade machine and covert it.  You should be able to find some sort of capcom machine for less then 300 bucks and then add in a arcadevga and computer and bam you have a machine.  You could even sell the game then and make back a couple of bucks if it was a fully working machine.

I live in Arizona and there are very few machines sold here most are classics not fit for maming.  The closest I have seen yet was a neogeo cab for 200 and I dont think I could have mamed that even I would just have bought some cool games for it.  But even then I know places that I can get a marvel vs capcom for 300 bucks.  If you live in California or New York you have no excuse not to get an old coversion cab and mame it.

I can't imagine that anyone who frequents this site would consider buying a pre-built MAME cab, especially at that price.
