Nearly got everything I need to make my first Xbox cab. Should be good but I was just wondering, if I used a standard CRT computer monitor and used Xbox lightguns, would they function properly? Do CRT monitors act in the same way as a CRT TV does? I'm speculating that they do, but just want some confirmation...

i dont know how it works with the xbox, but i have used a vga computer monitor with a dreamcast and the lightguns worked just fine. But then again the dreamcast had native vga support, so i dont know if that would make a difference.

Don't see any reason why a vga crt can't flash the screen white lol

Thanks for the feedback - I guess the only way to find out is when I get my VGA cable and just try it!
It should have arrived by now but you know how some people are with posting stuff!
