MALA Tree not showing up
« on: May 23, 2008, 02:08:58 pm »
In MALA Tree editor I have a bunch of emulators.  Then when I go back into Mala itself all I see there is MAME.  What would cause that?  I have tried erasing the files and starting over and it doesn't work, really wierd.  So Whats the work around?  Start fresh, well tried that and when it says this is the first time you started lets refresh the game list it hangs on Collecting bios........In a pickle here.

It's been a long time since I set mine up, but did you save the tree with the filename "Mala"?  I think this is the only name MaLa checks for.

You also have to be careful there are no spaces in the directories you are using.

Also be sure to check the "Use Tree" option in the GUI-Layout tab (see attachment).

Hope it works.
